In all days we celebrate the people who have been part of our lives, to nurture and guide, to rebuke us with love and be our biggest Fans in the ventures that we get into.

Today being Mother's day we acknowledge and Celebrate the founder and C.E.O of Divine Schools Africa Sue Muriuki - The first certified Events and Wedding Planner in East and Central Africa (1994). Sue is a wife, a mother, a friend, a business lady and a great mentor to young ones.

The highlights of her career in events management include:

• Starting he 1st one stop wedding center (1995)
• Organized the first and biggest Bridal Exhibition in East Africa and was widely covered by local media(1995)
• Organized the first Cocktail Party for Singles in East Africa, thereby attracting interviews from BBC, Radio Germany, KBC, and was widely covered by local media (1996)
• Started the 1st event and wedding training institution in East and Central Africa (2007)
• Trained 700 plus students and among them are the leading wedding and event planners in the country (2007 to date)
